VALET TRASH
WHAT IS VALET TRASH?
As a trash valet service provider, we will offer a door-to-door trash and recycling service for multi-family properties including apartment communities, student housing, and senior living communities. Property amenities add benefits to residents, but not often does the same service provide such benefits to owners and management. Valet trash pick-up offers a no-risk revenue source that increases the net operating income of the community. Apartment trash valet provides the community with the #1 voted amenity that 100% of residents will enjoy from day one.
HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
The service provides doorstep waste and recycling collection five nights a week. Residents put their tied trash bags in the provided trash container and set them outside their doors between (Usually 6 pm - 8 pm). Valets collect the bags and take them to the dumpster/shooting, starting at 8 pm in an anti-drip collection container. The empty trash containers are bought back into their unit by 9 am the next morning.
