SERVICE OVERVIEW

• Residents are given a trash container from deluxe amenities for their units​
  
  

• The residers will set trash out between the designated hours. (usually 6pm-8pm) Sunday through Friday​
  
  

• Next, the trash valet service will start promptly at the designated time (usually 8 pm)​
  
  

• The trash valet will walk door-to-door picking up trash and recycling items to take down to the dumpster/shooting​
  
  

• During the service, the valet take note of trash violation by taking a picture​
  
  

• Once each doorway has been serviced, the valet will sweep up around each dumpster area, making sure the community is clean and ready for the morning by properly disposing of recyclables​
  
  

• Residents then bring their trash containers inside before 9 am
